Xbox one will not sync the phone

Terrible terrible terrible. Why is it that anything Microsoft always has compatibility issues and is a POS. By the way Xbox one cannot play 360 games but all in all Just Dance should have this figured out since they sold it this way too. Probably Microsoft changing some software caused he screw up. Please get this fixed or I will take back for my Money!!!!!!!!
